The good news just keeps coming with the announcement last night that our own Clyde Burke has been announced as joint-captain of the Dublin Minor Football Team for 2022.

We’re proud of all our players young n old but to captain your county is something very special and we’re delighted for him.

Clyde’s asked that we mention how much he appreciates the support of Ciarán Whelan, the Pats Minor Management team and his Pats teammates.

You‘ll have often seen us use the seanfhocail ‘ní neart go cur le cheile’ which roughly equates to ‘ there’s no strength without unity’. We think it exemplifies Clyde’s character that his first thoughts were to acknowledge his Club Managers, clubmates and family.
