As the curtain falls on another outstanding season for Womens 1st team plans and preparations have already begun for the season ahead.

An exceptional year for the team and management in Division 2 of Dublin football.

Where the competition is intense, acute, and difficult in what was a maiden year at this level.

That was followed by a stellar Championship perfromance and after what was a thriller in Finglas at semi final stage, a heartbreaker of a defeat by the slimmest margins after extra time showed the kind of character, spirit and bond between the team and gives everyone huge hope for what is yet to come.

A big buala bos for all the players and the management on what was a fantastic year in Green and Black and driving on now for 2026.
