Over the last two weeks our brilliant GPO, Traolach, ran a series of workshops in conjunction with our Academy.
The theme was simple, hands-on and with the emphasis on fun.

Traolach and the coaches covered:
- An introduction to the Athletic Development Movements
-  developing the skill development movements
- the importance of parental involvement & support in our kids journeys.

Great attendance again this week from the red and Green Groups.
A super bunch of parents that really rolled up the sleeves and jumped right into it.
And absolutely fantastic to see so many new and inspiring faces and coaches coming into the club.
