This Saturday the Academy has the day off.
And the Páistí will be taking a much needed rest as they enjoy the midterm.
In place will be a workshop for ALL academy coaches.
And any coaches that want to learn the basic fundamentals on coaching.

The workshop will once again be expertly run by Traolach.
Traolach has already run a number of in-house sessions for our coaches.
These have been widely and resoundly well received.
Everyone who attended has had a glowing and overwhelmingly positive reaction.
Oodles of valuable information and lots to learn.

- The importance of the fundamental skills in children's development.
- physical literacy for all
- incorporating the FMS's and gateway skills for hurling and football skills into your sessions.
- creating a connection between the coaching in the school and the club.
