Planning & Goal Setting Workshop

With most teams starting back training over the next few weeks it's a great chance to look back on what we did last year and set our goals for the year ahead.
Without clear goals we can very easily lose track of what we're trying to achieve and end the year unsure of what we have actually achieved.
With that in mind I'll be running a Workshop on Planning and Goal Setting this Thursday in the Bootroom at 8.00.
The Goal for this Workshop
- reviewing what we did last year
- planning for the year ahead
- effective communication of the plan
It'll be a very much interactive so the more of your management team that can attend the more your team will get out of it.
I will also forward on a brilliant planning template designed by Stephen Cunningham from the 2017 Boys which you and your team can use.
