We’ve had several questions put to the Organising Committee so we thought we’d set them out here so everyone is in-the-know:

CAN I STILL BOOK ON TO THE BUS?
Yes, there’s still time to book on.

The cut-off date for bookings will be Friday afternoon 08 November.
After this date, we’ll try to accommodate people but can’t guarantee anything.

IS IT A BLACK-TIE EVENT?
No, this is not a Black-tie event. Dress to impress in your best eadaí!

CAN I – OR A FRIEND – JUST SHOW UP ON THE NIGHT?
This is a strictly ticketed event; on arrival into Croke Park, tickets/names will be checked.
To avoid embarrassment, please do not show up without having purchased a ticket.

WHEN WILL I GET MY TICKET
Your personalised event ticket(s), bus ticket (if purchased) and assigned table note will be emailed to you in the week preceding Saturday 16 November.

WHAT IF AFTER BOOKING, I REALISE THAT I CAN’T MAKE THE NIGHT?
Unfortunately, refunds aren’t possible.
If you can’t make it, please let Jayne, Veronica or Órlaith know so that they can adjust as required.
Similarly, if you’ve passed on your ticket to someone else, please let Jayne, Veronica or Órlaith know so that they can change the name to the Registration Lists to avoid awkwardness on the night.

WHAT TIME IS THE BUS LEAVING THE PARISH?
18h00 from The Brook and 18h00 from the Church Car Park

WILL THERE BE STOPS ALONG THE WAY ON THE WAY INTO CROKE PARK?
No, the bus will leave from The Brook and from the Church carpark.

WHAT TIME IS THE DRINKS RECEPTION?
The drinks reception starts at 18h45.

WHAT TIME IS THE DINNER SERVED?
The meal will be served strictly at 19h50.

WHAT TIME IS THE BAR EXTENSION OPERATIONAL UNTIL?
The bar extension is until 01h30.

I FORGOT TO INCLUDE MY/OUR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ON THE BOOKING FORM?
All dietary requirements advised have been passed on to the hotel.

I’VE A GROUP OF 10 THAT’D LIKE TO SIT TOGETHER?
We have received the emails sent to Rory and to Órlaith. The seating plan will be finalised based on these requests. If you are part of a group of 10 that’d like to sit together, then please email orlaithread@gmail.com by COB Wednesday 06 November.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING IF I’M UNDER 18
Any U18s must be accompanied by a nominated adult.
